The global real estate market is $280 Trillion. Every individual and business operates within real estate properties. Endless Demand. Yet, the vast majority of wealth is non-liquid. On the other hand, for the majority of people, it’s almost impossible to invest in real estate - meaning a huge potential of liquidity is unreachable. more than that, the world of real-estate investment as we know now is unfriendly and very messy, it contains a lot of data which is scattered around different tools such as websites, PowerPoint & Excel sheets. One of our main goals was to design a one pager that you can understand the value of the deal in less than 5 minutes.
I decided to research the market in order to understand how others are trying to solve the problem we have identified. Beside having low-level design and different branding, after reviewing all competitors we realized that there isn’t much transparency of deals when it comes to investing. We decided to make it as simple and as transparent as possible - including financials, tenants breakdown, tenants contracts and the distribution of the asset ownership as it is currently.
After thinking about the project, we decided to set up three personas that embody the users we are looking for.
It was very important for us to provide valuable information about each persona, like demographics, problems, motivations.
We’ve come up with a platform that enables asset owners to issue partial ownership for the public. Just like issuing stocks. Including every possible and accurate data about the assets in an understandable way. Also, we’ve made it as simple as possible to view deal highlights, enabling investing & trading them in the secondary market.
