The problem

ERP systems are super complex and very not user-friendly. They involve many types of user personas (i.e in departments of production, sales quoting, accounting, development and more). Many of the processes are done manually. There’s data loss, bottlenecks, disconnected systems and even more than that, some companies require “tailor made solutions” that are huge money & time consuming. More than that, While ERP stayed the same, many other popular applications has evolved and are not connected to the ERP system.

The solution

A platform that allows:

1. Users to can create autonomous flows for all of their processes, meaning setting up an automatic logic & decisions for all kinds of states, meaning saving lots of time & money (no more "tailor made" solutions).
2. Creating apps that integrate with the organization's software and its stakeholders to make more connectivity and speed (An AppBuilder).
3. Integrate with new & popular apps that where developed in the last 5~ years (Slack, Monday, Salesforce, WhatsApp, Zoom & more).

Our vision was to make the platform: easy and user-friendly, shorten implementation time, create a complete solution and enable unlimited flexibility (and beautiful of course).

I had to rethink from scratch of how the product will work and behave, so I explored dozens of concepts with mid-fidelity tools.
